Can I use mobile internet connection on computer or laptop.

Yes.
     You can connect you desktop system to internet via mobile phone by following ways. Provided your desktop must have the proper working ports or plug-ins.
1. USB.
2. WiFi.
3. Bluetooth.

Requiements:-
1. For connecting via USB you need to have a smart phone or at least a phone that has a "data cable" connection option.
       You need to have a suitable data cable for your phone. Most of the data cable of phone are with micro USB at one end and the other end with normal USB.
2. For connecting via "WiFi" you need to have WiFi option both on your desktop as well as on your mobile phone.
      For desktop external WiFi plug-ins are available if u dont have inbuilt WiFi. You need to install the software on your desktop by the CD which comes along with the plug-in.
3. For connecting via "Bluetooth" you need to have Bluetooth option on your both devices.
